With a limited number of training spots and a strong specialization in off-ice training, Cavada Hockey Strength & Conditioning offers the perfect combination of coaching and expertise.
Our training approach

With features like individual training camps and complete off-ice organization (physio, nutrition, sleep, vacation, dividing the year into periods), our support goes beyond ordinary training.
